The Norriseal-WellMark manufacturing facility is located on a 10-acre site in northwest Houston, TX (USA). The facility consists of a 62,500 square-foot office building and modern manufacturing plant equipped with the latest automated machinery and staffed by highly experienced personnel.
We manufacture to the most up-to-date design criteria and requirements of ANSI B16.34. In addition, we are certified to ISO 9001 and meet the quality assurance standards for welding, tolerances, inspection and testing procedures as stated in the Norriseal-WellMark Quality Assurance Manual.

Norriseal provides all the valves and controls used on the Thistle Platform located off the coast 1979 at Aberdeen, Scotland in the North Sea.

Norriseal releases the Series 7100 Flo-Lift® Piston Check Valve, which incorporates the body and trim components of the Series 2700 with the Non-Slam Piston and Bonnet Closure.

The Series 1001A Liquid Level Controller is introduced with enhancements like a sealed case and cover, rugged internals for vibration application, and a special material for marine environments.

Norriseal receives the “Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation” from Petroleum Engineer Magazine in 1971 for the Series 2700 Balanced Plug Trim design.

The Series 2700 Control Valve is released with its Bolted Bonnet Closure and Balanced Characterized Valve Plug.

The Series 2200/2200 High-Performance Control Valve is released, featuring the Hammer Nut Bonnet Closure.

The Series 1000 Liquid Level Controller is redesigned and introduced as the Series 1001. Today, this product continues to incorporate the patented No-Bleed Pilot feature.

Dover acquires Parks Equipment Company under its Norris business unit and rebrands the merged entities as the Norriseal Controls Division.
